Day 1 Hobart to Strahan
Travel to Mount Field National Park, where you can stretch your legs with a Russell Falls and Tall Trees Walk.
Continue on to Lake St Clair for a view of Australias deepest lake.
On the way to Strahan, hike and explore the Franklin Gordon National Park.
Spend the night in your exclusive accommodation in the historic coastal township of Strahan, where your guide will fill you in on the amazing history of pining, mining and convicts.
Day 2 Strahan to Cradle Mountain Region
Take a stroll or a bike ride along the foreshore or up the Water Tower Hill for an awe inspiring lookout over Macquarie Harbour and Ocean Beach.
Walk through a rainforest to Hogarth Falls, keeping an eye out for the elusive platypus.
Explore the Henty Sand Dunes, and perhaps take a quad bike tour (own expense).
Discover the historic Silver City of Zeehan.

Day 3 Cradle Mountain to Devonport
Discover the World Heritage Cradle National Park. Enjoy the pure air with a guided walk around the beautiful Dove Lake, or challenge yourself with a more strenuous hike (unguided) to view Cradle Mountain.
Spend the afternoon exploring the states mid north, before arriving in Devonport.Overnight: Hostel
Day 4 Devonport to Hobart
Travel along the historic Midland Highway, passing numerous colonial inns and quaint villages including Bagdad, Oatlands and Campbelltown.
Make a stop at Ross, where you will see Australias oldest convict built bridge and have the opportunity to purchase lunch (own expense).
Discover the infamous Ross Bakery, which is legendary in Japan and those in the know will be in search of Kiki the witch!
Arrive into Hobart in the mid afternoon.
