Day 1 Melbourne via Great Ocean Road to Princetown
Departing Melbourne, travel through Geelong towards the coast and Torquay. Stop to shop at Quicksilver and Rip Curl before continuing to the world famous Bells Beach.
Your Great Ocean Road journey begins as you wind your way along one of the most spectacular coast roads in Australia.
Stop for a chance to spot koalas before arriving at the beautiful Apollo Bay, where you will have lunch (own expense).
Hit the cool temperate rainforest of Otway National Park, spending some time at the Otway Fly, an elevated tree top walk. Cap off the day by watching the sun set over the Twelve Apostles.
Day 2 Princetown to Grampians National Park
Climb down the Gibson Steps to the beach to get a different angle of the Twelve Apostles.
Check out the Loch Ard Gorge and the western edge of the Great Ocean Road including London Bridge, the Bay of Martyrs and the Bay of Islands.
You may spot a whale or two (seasonal) at Warrnambool, before travelling through rural Victoria to arrive at the Grampians National Park.
Hike to the top of the Pinnacle and take a walk to The Balconies and Reeds Lookout.
Day 3 Halls Gap to Adelaide
Hike to the amazing Hollow Mountain and McKenzie Falls, where youll experience breathtaking views stretching over the north of the Grampians.
Travel west, stopping for lunch at Horsham (own expense), before continuing through the agricultural region of Victoria and into South Australia. Crossing the mighty Murray River, wind your way through the scenic Adelaide Hills before arriving in Adelaide city.
Day 4 Adelaide
Enjoy a free day to explore Adelaide and enjoy the citys highlights (own expense).
Day 5 Adelaide to Kangaroo Island
Enjoy the scenery as you travel to the Fleurieu Peninsula, and board a ferry at Cape Jervis to cruise to Kangaroo Island.
Discover the beautiful Pennington Bay, one of the island's most stunning surf beaches. Walk amongst sea lions in their natural habitat on a guided walk of Seal Bay.
Scramble up the white sands at Little Sahara and have the chance to get up close to more wildlife at the Hanson Bay Koala Sanctuary.
After dinner, enjoy a guided nocturnal walk with the chance to spot kangaroos, possums and wallabies.
Day 6 Kangaroo Island to Adelaide
Spend the morning in Flinders Chase National Park. Climb on the huge granite outcrops at the Remarkable Rocks, sculpted by nature over hundreds of years.
Have the chance to see a colony of New Zealand fur seals at Admirals Arch, before enjoying lunch at Rocky Rivers Headquarters, where theres time to check out the Information Centre.
Travel through the central farming region to the North Coast, visiting Stokes Bay, where a rock tunnel leads to an idyllic beach (seasonal).
Return to Penneshaw, with time to purchase dinner (own expense), before returning to the mainland and Adelaide.
