Tonight is spent in the remote community of Karumba, on the Gulf of Carpentaria to enjoy a spectacular sunset cruise.

Day 4 Karumba - Adel's Grove
This morning you take an emotional visit to Burke & Wills Camp #119, the most northerly campsite of the ill-fated expedition of 1860.
Travel across the 'Plains of Promise' to Leichhardt Falls and Burketown.
On to Adel's Grove where you will spend two glorious outback nights in permanent tent safari accommodation.

Day 5 Lawn Hill National Park
Enjoy a visit to World Heritage Listed Riversleigh Fossil Fields, a rare treasure house of palaeontology recording the history of Australia's fauna of 25 million years ago.
Spend the afternoon in Lawn Hill National Park, a spectacular oasis set amid spinifex clad Constance Range.
The gorge is a birdwatcher's paradise and swimming here or paddling a canoe up the gorge is highly recommended.
