Fly into Sydney and be personally met at the airport by a DISCOVER AUSTRALIA representative and transferred from the airport to the Indian Pacific railway station to begin your journey to Adelaide.
Embark on the legendary Indian Pacific as you travel from the harbour city of Sydney to the 'City of Churches' Adelaide, marvel at the beauty passing by your cabin window, the magnificent Blue Mountains, rural countryside, tough mallee scrub home to the outback town of Broken Hill and onto the fertile green surrounds of beautiful Adelaide.

As you arrive into Adelaide you can feel the history and culture of 'The City of Churches'. DAY 3 Murray River Cruise
A Murray River cruise takes you on a scenic journey past red-gum forests, picturesque farms, towering ochre cliffs and ruggedly beautiful landscapes, spot for kangaroos, koalas and goannas and listen to onboard tales of the river's history and its folklore, perhaps taking opportunity for a guided indigenous walk to hear dreamtime stories of the river and this mystical land.
Depart Mannum, cruise under floodlight to Mundurra while looking out for nocturnal wildlife.

DAY 4 Murray River Cruise
