Enjoy some free-time this morning to explore Darwin before you set off for an exciting afternoon.

Travel inland to cruise a section of the Adelaide River and witness saltwater crocodiles close up as they leap out of the water to snatch their food. The Adelaide River starts in Litchfield National Park and is well known for its high concentration of saltwater crocodiles, along with other wildlife including white-bellied sea eagles, whistling kites, freshwater crocodiles, bull sharks and black flying-fox. An excellent opportunity to observe these primeval creatures as you cruise along the Adelaide River.

Today you will cruise the Adelaide River in crocodile infested waters, watch as your guide entices massive wild saltwater crocodiles to jump and snatch their food (witnessing crocodiles up close). Experience the ultimate thrill as these magnificent creatures leap out of the water with sheer power and grace - creating a profound sense of excitement and awe that will stay with you forever.

The iconic Litchfield National Park is famous for stunning cascading tropical waterfalls, warm swimming holes, the Tabletop Range sandstone plateau, monsoon tropical rainforests, intriguing magnetic termite mounds and ancient aboriginal sites of the Wagait people. Day 11 Perth Margaret River and Wineries

Margaret River combines one of the world's premier wine and food regions with one of the world's best surfing locations. It's Western Australia's popular and high profile holiday playground. Many visual treats are on offer here including the dramatic coastline, calm sandy bays, massive caves, seasonal wildflowers and Busselton Jetty, the southern hemisphere's longest jetty. The beautiful Margaret River Wine Region is a taste of paradise for food and wine lovers. Sample world-class wines such as sensational shiraz, exquisite chardonnay and scintillating sauvignon blanc which are produced here in its many picturesque, boutique wineries. Today we travel south from Perth deep into the South West of Australia. Day 13 Pinnacles Desert & New Norcia

Lying in the Nambung National Park, the Pinnacles are a breathtaking wonder of nature. These amazing, natural limestone structures hold an exquisite air of mysticism and intrigue, especially as the sun's warm hue illuminates the magical stones. The gorgeous town of New Norcia is renowned for its wonderful Spanish architecture and unique history. Founded by Spanish Benedictine monks in 1847, New Norcia's quaint streets are full of heritage listed buildings, including the beguiling Monastery, where you can still join the monks for prayer. The Western Australian landscape explodes in a kaleidoscope of colour and beauty as thousands of magnificent wildflowers bloom in a spectacular seasonal show of nature at its most breathtaking.

Today we combine the amazing natural wonder of the Pinnacles Desert with the unique living history of the 170 year old Spanish Benedictine enclave of New Norcia. See Guildford and the fertile Swan Valley enroute to New Norcia for a special guided tour of Australia's only monastic town, including the monk's shop for some famous New Norcia nut cake and breads. Witness magnificent displays of native wildflowers between August and October and enjoy a gentle stroll through the mystical limestone pillars of the Pinnacles Desert.

Airport and Rail Transfers Included

You will be personally met by a DISCOVER AUSTRALIA representative and transferred from the airport to the railway station, from the railway station on arrival in Darwin to your hotel, from your hotel to the airport to meet your flight to Perth and from the airport on arrival in Perth to your hotel. You will also be transferred from your hotel to the railway station to being your Indian Pacific journey to Sydney. You will be personally met by a DISCOVER AUSTRALIA representative on arrival in Sydney and be transferred to the airport to meet your flight home.
