Filled with waterholes and falls, Litchfield National Park showcases the best of the tropics. Lush pockets of vegetation rise out of the desert, providing shelter to a range of wildlife and a number of pristine pools for swimming.
Enjoy a short bush walk around the spectacular Florence Falls. From the lookout, see double streams of water shoot over the lip of the gorge, filtering down through well fed trees to a waterhole that collects at the base.
The spring fed Wangi Falls are named after a sacred Aboriginal site. A nearby boardwalk provides information about the native flora and fauna of the region.
