Day 1 Adelaide - Kangaroo Island

Enjoy the scenic drive through the Southern Vale vineyards, over the hills and along the coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Cross the Backstairs Passage to Penneshaw for a 10am arrival.

On Kangaroo Island you will be met by your local guide, then it's not far to the first stop of Hog's Bay, home to the friendly and approachable Tamar wallabies.

Explore the South Coast taking in views across the Island. At Seal Bay observe the lives and loves of giant rare Sea Lions.

Keep those shoes off for a hike over the sand dunes of 'Little Sahara'. Your overnight stay is at Kangaroo Island Wilderness Resort with bushland surrounds and a pleasant atmosphere.

Day 2 Kangaroo Island - Adelaide

Explore Flinders Chase National Park where you have the chance to encounter many species of wildlife. Enjoy the scenery at Cape Du Couedic Lighthouse and Admiral's Arch with its sizeable colony of fur seals.

Marvel at Remarkable Rocks before heading to the tranquil North Coast that features glorious bays and beaches. You will also see central parts of the island and you have the chance to explore the main towns.

Enjoy a stop at Snellings Beach at the mouth of Middle River before Stokes Bay where there is a unique 'rock tunnel' walk to an idyllic beach and natural pool.

Discover the town of Parndana and the Parndana Wildlife Park. Enjoy a hearty lunch taking in the beautiful surrounds. After lunch visit Kingscote, American River, Pelican Lagoon and then on to Penneshaw before your return to Adelaide.
