Day 1 Darwin - Kakadu

Travel towards the World Heritage Listed Kakadu National Park today. Kakadu is home to billabongs, floodplains, spectacular waterfalls, Aboriginal Rock Art, crocodiles and much more.

Overnight: Kakadu Lodge

Day 2 Explore Kakadu

Take time today to explore the park. There are many amazing areas waiting to be explored.

Overnight: Kakadu Lodge

Day 3 Kakadu - Katherine

Leave behind Kakadu and move on towards Katherine. Perhaps take a cruise through Katherine Gorge and explore the surrounds.

Overnight: All Seasons Katherine

Day 4 Katherine – Kununurra

Plenty to do once in Western Australia: Lake Argyle, Ord River, Argyle Diamond Mine, Ord River Irrigation System and Plantations, take a flight over the Bungle Bungles or a fast boat trip up the Ord to Lake Argyle dam wall.

Overnight: All Seasons Kununurra

Day 5 Kununurra – El Questro

Leave Kununurra and “civilisation” for the red dust. Time to see some local geography and wildlife.

Overnight: El Questro Station, Emma Gorge Deluxe with Ensuite

Day 6 Emma Gorge Area

El Questro Station contains some splendid scenery, including the Zebedee Falls oasis. Spend the day exploring some of the station’s million acres.

Day 7 El Questro - Mt Elizabeth

Cross the Pentecost River, see spectacular Pentecost Range, Jack’s Waterhole and Durack River Crossing.

Optional helicopter flights can be taken from Drysdale Station to the Mitchell Plateau.

Day 8 Mt Elizabeth - Mt Hart

So much to see: Cool off at Barnett River Gorge after leaving Mt Elizabeth Station. See the Barnett Range and Manning River Gorge. Swim at Adcock Gorge and Galvans Gorge, see Isdell Gorge, Bell Creek and Ingis Gap.
