Overlooking the Hayman Beach and beyond to the Whitsunday waters and neighbouring islands, Azure presents Australian contemporary cuisine from an open show kitchen, and specialises in seafood. The Chef's Table is a weekly event, hosted by one of Hayman's premier chefs, takes guests behind the scenes into the Main Kitchen for a 6-course banquet with matching wines and includes a visit to the La Fontaine wine cellar and Chocolate Room. Sunset cocktails are served each evening in this beautiful location, overlooking the Hayman Beach and Lagoon Pool.
