Collected by Lord Alistair McAlpine, original paintings by Sir Sydney Nolan, Elizabeth Durack, Humphrey Price-Jones and others add a further dimension of elegance to the resort. Perhaps foremost among the facilities of Cable Beach Club are the gardens themselves. They have been rightly famous for their spectacle, but they deserve more acclaim for their therapeutic value. Strolling among the lush tropical foliage, bubbling springs and lily-strewn ponds are something visitors never forget. There are two beautiful pools at Cable Beach Club. The stunning blue Club Pool is perfect for families, with its two areas of different depths, its cheerful waterfall and its huge spa. Secluded at the other end of the resort, the adults only salt-water pool is a peaceful and sensual oasis, the perfect spot for a quiet book and a cool cocktail. Both pools have bar and cafe service. In the centre of the resort, just behind the Club Pool, there are two tennis courts, with night-lighting. Beside them is the gymnasium, offering a multi-use system, exercise bikes, rowing machines and free weights. Afterwards, be pampered with a soothing massage, join an art and antiquities tour of the resort or perhaps just wind down on Cable Beach. Located on Cable Beach the Beach hut is stocked with sunscreen, towels, umbrellas, deck chairs and iced water for in-house guests. Our Beach Hut will attend to your every need with towels, umbrellas, deck chairs, sunscreen and refreshments.
